StrapHabit spring bar removal tool for changing watch straps and bands.  While most StrapHabit straps have quick-release spring bars, a tool is typically required to remove or install your old watch strap/bracelet and a few of our straps.  This tool is the perfect, affordable option to use for strap changes.  The pin can also be used to change microadjust holes on a bracelet clasp and remove spring bars from watches with drilled lugs.  StrapHabit branding is laser etched in the tool and has a scale in centimeters and millimeters to measure your lug width or strap.

Please read the fitment information on the Specifications tab before purchasing.  StrapHabit spring-loaded deployant buckles are the perfect upgrade to your StrapHabit or other straps.  Strong leaf springs keep the buckle secure while it's on your wrist, but make it easy to open and close without fiddling with buttons than can be difficult to close, or pop open by accident.  This design also makes the deployant thinner and more comfortable than typical deployants. It also reduces wear and tear on the holes of your factory strap.  A StrapHabit logo is laser engraved on the buckle.  Requires two small screwdrivers to install. StrapHabit and STANDARD H first crossed paths at Windup NY in 2022. Wesley threw out the idea of collaborating on a watch strap, but neither of us had just the right idea. We've regularly kept in touch ever since then and Nick was even a guest on The STANDARD H Podcast. Wesley recently started the Instagram page @taupestrapclub, and we decided that color would be perfect for collaboration! Now we've added a versatile black option as well. Spring bars with 1.1mm tips that are 1.8mm thick in the center, allowing fat tip spring bars to be installed in standard straps. Includes 2 spring bars. While all of our straps fit safely and securely on Seiko and Citizen watches with fat lug holes such as Prospex and Promaster models, some customers don't prefer the slight wiggle that is present when installing them on Seiko and Citizen Prospex and Promaster divers. The quick-release spring bars standard in our straps feature 0.8mm tips, while Seiko and Citizen divers spring bars use 1.1mm tips. Most fat spring bars can't be installed in standard straps, as they are too thick to fit. This is why we've developed a new spring bar! It has 1.1mm tips but is 1.8mm at the center. This allows it to be installed in StrapHabit straps and Stainless Steel bracelets, as well as any of your other favorite straps. These will work with any of our straps, but some of them will require breaking the tip off the QR spring bar.
