Return/Exchange Policy
It's uncommon, but occasionally customers want to return or exchange their straps.
Customers can return or exchange unworn/like new merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Returns/exchanges in the U.S. are free of cost including free shipping. The refund will be given via the same method as the original payment.
For customers in the U.S. to initiate a refund/exchange:
-Visit this link and enter your order number and email.
-We'll send you a link to download a pre-paid shipping label with a tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
-Simply print out that label, stick that label on the package and drop it in the mail.
-We'll send you a full refund as soon as the strap makes it to us.
For customers outside the U.S. to initiate a refund:
-Visit this link and enter your order number and email.
-You can return the items using your own shipping label.
