Haven't gotten to travel with it yet, but that's coming soon. What I do know is that the case construction feels solid, and the design inside with the removeable foam inserts is perfect for different size watches. The watch I'll be traveling with fits very snug in the case, and doesn't rattle around. Excited to keep my watches safe when we're on the road.
great travel case
Easy to use and greatprotection
I work a physical outdoor job as a mail carrier across 4 different towns. At work I wear my G-Shocks as they're made to take the beating. When I get off work I typically have an hour to 1.5 hour drive home and like to wear one of my nicer watches for the drive home. This little case is the perfect solution for me to bring that nicer watch to work with me and keep it protected until I put it on later in the day. Works well for smaller watches as well as my bigger divers. The one thing I'd like to see added is a loop to the outside of the case to have the option to add a carabiner. Perfect case for my intended use!
Got this case cuz Rickshaw Bagworks' watch sleeve really didn't fit anything more than a watch on a bracelet that can lie flat such as the DW-5000R I'm dallying until I can afford a GW-9500-1 come June (And I *really* hope it fits this case.)
It literally smells like the Elmo DSI XL case I got at Zellers on clearance way back but that'll off gas given some time.
And the reason I give it 4 stars? No YKK zipper like the pictures for the old Silver/Orange one shows... Hmm...
Would I still recommend this? Yes, It's better than the landfill you can buy on Amazon/Temu/Wish etc etc and comes from a brand with real stuff to back it up.
What more can I say? It's a hard shell watch case that, well, watch cases really well.
Thank you for the feedback. We worked with a different partner for the new colors, and a different zipper supplier was available. These zippers are still covered by our warranty, however. The watch cases I use personally have no smell, so I expect that to go away quickly. And I'm sure your new G-Shock will fit! Just remove the foam pads.

Watch stays a bit loose inside, but has an internal lining that offers great protection and the watch will not rotate or turn. Easy to use and convenient.
Perfect size (fairly small), well constructed, and the best looking travel case that's this style by far
I wish there was more cushion inside. I have placed two 40mm watches in this case and they rattled inside of it. I think a 44mm or larger is needed to fit snugly. That said, it's a solid case and will be used.
I really like this case for both storage and to take along a second watch when I travel. The fabric and color combo are nice; Wouldn't mind seeing StrapHabit carry a few different colors. Olive + orange, maybe?
