These straps are NOT silicone; they are genuine FKM rubber. They feel nearly as soft and flexible as silicone but are much stronger and resistant to picking up fuzz or cracking. In the photos, you can see how flexible they are and that they can be completely folded without stretching or cracking.
Compared to traditional vulcanized rubber, FKM adds increased durability and chemical and heat resistance.

These straps are well-finished, made from rubber of a nice consistency....soft enough to be comfortable and pliable, but they seem like they will last. A nice balance in terms of thickness; these are thick enough to complement a beefy g-shock but not so thick as to become awkward on the wrist.
the color selections available when I ordered these was great; hopefully Strap Habit can sustain that level of variety. For this proce, I would definitely recommend.
