Divecore x StrapHabit HP Professional Diving Watch Straps

StrapHabit has teamed up with Divecore to bring you your favorite professional dive strap to StrapHabit's loyal customers!
These use Divecore's upgraded HP design, with a StrapHabit-branded buckle and packaging.
Divecore straps are not eligible for B4G1.
The Divecore HP is the premium and heavily upgraded version of the original Vortex diving watch strap.
These straps are 80/127mm long, 4mm thick, and have a 2mm taper from springbar to buckle. It features curved edges, added vented holes, and refinement of the signature Mono-accordion design for flexibility.
Includes Divecore's proprietary 2.5mm thick quick-release spring-bars with a standard size tip that will fit most watches. Seiko/Citizen fat spring bars can also be used with these straps.
Divecore's signature mono-accordion design for flexibility while avoiding obstruction of the keeper for a perfect fit.

Yellow straps are part of Divecore's collaboration with Deepsea EDC, featuring a unique yellow color inspired by the iconic KM37 diving helmets. This collaboration also supports Project Recover, a nonprofit organization dedicated to locating and repatriating American service members missing in action since World War II. For each yellow strap sold, 5% of proceeds will be donated to Project Recover to support its mission of bringing closure and recognition to families and the nation. These straps feature the EDC logo buckle and special packaging.
Olive straps are part of the Divecore × Sketchy Boyz HP collaboration. This strap celebrates the ethos of Sketchy Boyz Watch Club — a multi-national community of military, law enforcement, and professional end-users who share their knowledge, experience, and passion for horology. Their mission is to provide honest, experience-based insight and create a space where end-users and enthusiasts alike can connect. These use Divecore's upgraded American FKM rubber formula. The scientific name of FKM is Fluoro-Elastomer. It is an extremely hard-wearing rubber compound highly resistant to salt water, aggressive chemicals, and extreme temperatures (as low as -45C and high as +300C). It is the perfect choice for a high-end rubber watch strap designed to fit the toughest watches and withstand the harshest environments.

Our StrapHabit elastic watch straps are the most comfortable watch straps available! The elastic design securely holds the watch to your wrist but allows them to expand and contract as your wrist changes size with temperature throughout the day.
The material is elastic marine nationale parachute style, but the straps have a traditional military style dual pass design. It has 3 keepers, one of which is floating. We find this design more comfortable, plus it allows the strap to be swapped without removing the spring bars. We also find them easier to take on and off and adjust to your wrist.

Swatch installs the NATO straps on the Blancpain x Swatch Scuba Fifty Fathoms using screws rather than spring bars. Pass-through straps like our Elastic Straps or Adjustable Straps are easy and quick to swap in.
Two special hex drivers are required to remove the bars to install two-piece straps, however.
StrapHabit has your back with a set of two gold anodized screwdrivers needed to remove the bars.
CNC machined, with spinning caps on the end to make them easy to hold and spin with one in each hand.
Once removed, a two-piece strap can be installed. The lug width is 21.7mm. Most 22mm rubber straps can be installed, but if the straps include built-in quick-release spring bars (as StrapHabit straps have), the spring bars must first be removed. This is easy to do on our rubber straps by carefully stretching the rubber. On other straps, it requires cutting the spring bar and is more difficult.

Horween Chromexcel Leather Watch Straps

StrapHabit brings you watch straps crafted from Chromexcel leather sourced at the Chicago-based Horween tannery. Chromexcel is considered one of the best types of leather for a watch strap. It offers supreme durability, yet feels exceptionally soft and supple to the touch, almost buttery-smooth. The straps are padded, but still quite flexible.
These straps also deliver a character that improves with age. Chromexcel's vegetable tanning process uses a proprietary blend of oils and waxes to create a naturally water-resistant surface that develops a rich patina over time. The oils provide comfort while resisting cracking and premature wear, and also add a unique personality to your timepiece. The result is a "pull-up" effect that shifts colors as the strap is folded or flexed. Minor scratches can also be rubbed off thanks to this effect.
A water-resistant leather lining is applied to keep the strap soft against your wrist. The Horween and StrapHabit logos are embossed, as is the strap size. A high-quality stainless steel buckle features a brushed finish and attractive grooves.
This is StrapHabit's first Horween strap. If you do (or don't) choose to buy one, I'd love to hear your feedback. I'm not sure if these will become a standard item in the catalog yet, so if you want one, I'd recommend not waiting!

Horween Leather Racing Watch Straps

StrapHabit Racing straps are crafted from leather sourced from the Chicago-based Horween tannery. These will initially be a limited release depending on demand.
The truth is that StrapHabit's founder, Nick, wanted a strap to pair with his racing watches, which we didn't offer. He wanted a classic racing strap with a dramatic patina to provide a vintage look. We decided to produce a limited run to see if other people like the straps as much as we do.
These straps feature ventilation holes inspired by lightweight racing parts and pair perfectly with your vintage or modern racing watches. These are made from Horween's Rowdy leather and are not padded. Compared to our Horween Chromexcel straps, this leather will patina much more quickly, taking on a worn, vintage look after only a few wears. They maintain Horween's legendary durability while offering a look with more character.
A water-resistant leather lining keeps the strap soft against your wrist. The Horween and StrapHabit logos are embossed, as is the strap size.

Many modern watches have tight tolerances, and removing or installing bracelets is challenging with standard springbar tools. This tool makes it easy to compress both sides of the springbar simultaneously, allowing the bracelet to slide out more easily. The tool is also spring-loaded to make lining it up easier.
To reinstall, compress the springbars using the flat ends of the tool, and slide the bracelet back into the case.
