Complete garbage

Complete garbage. Buckle pin was broken on arrival. Then they charged me 4.99 shipping to return for a refund on this faulty “Premium” grains of rice bracelet. Won’t be doing business with a company that won’t stand by their product. I hope this review costs them a lot more than the 5 bucks the just nicked.

Hi John, I am sorry for the issue and that your first experience with StrapHabit was a negative one. I just refunded your return shipping fee as that is not intended to be charged for faulty products. There is no need to send the product back. Since you requested a replacement, I will be shipping that out this morning.

When you requested the exchange, there should have been a note to email us if there was a problem. Whenever there is any issue, we'll always resolve it, but we were not aware that this had happened. To say that we are a company that won't stand by their product is simply not true, we just need to be given the chance first. It's not an excuse for the issue that you had, and I will check the replacement more carefully before sending it.
