Return/Exchange/ Cancellation Policy

It's uncommon, but occasionally customers want to return or exchange their straps. They also sometimes make a mistake and need to cancel an order.

Customers can return or exchange unworn/like new merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Returns/exchanges in the U.S. are free of cost including free shipping. The refund will be given via the same method as the original payment.

Orders can also be cancelled if they have not been fulfilled yet.

 

For customers in the U.S. to initiate a refund/exchange:

-Visit this link and enter your order number and email. You can choose to return your items, or exchange (i.e. if the wrong size or color was ordered).

-You'll receive a link to download a pre-paid shipping label with a tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

-Simply print out that label, stick the label on, and drop it in the mail.

-You can reuse the packaging the straps arrived in, or use your own.

-You'll receive a full refund as soon as the strap makes it to us.

 

For customers in other countries to initiate a refund:

-Visit this link and enter your order number and email.

-You can return the items using your own shipping label.

 

To cancel an existing order:

If you have NOT yet received a shipping notification, your order can be canceled by clicking the link in your confirmation email or by accessing your account at this link.

If your order has already shipped, you can request a refund after it has been delivered by using the method above.

 

To modify an existing order:

Please cancel your order and place a new one.
