Spring bars with 1.1mm tips that are 1.8mm thick in the center, allowing fat tip spring bars to be installed in standard straps.

Includes 2 spring bars.

While all our straps fit safely and securely on Seiko and Citizen watches with fat lug holes, such as Prospex and Promaster models, some customers prefer not to have the slight wiggle when installing them on Seiko and Citizen Prospex and Promaster divers. The quick-release spring bars standard in our straps feature 0.8mm tips, while Seiko and Citizen divers' spring bars use 1.1mm tips.

Most fat spring bars can't be installed in standard straps, as they are too thick to fit.

This is why we've developed a new spring bar! It has 1.1mm tips but is 1.8mm at the center. This lets you install it in StrapHabit straps and Stainless Steel bracelets, as well as any of your other favorite straps.

These will work with any of our straps, but some of them will require stretching the rubber or breaking the tip off the QR spring bar.

The quick-release spring bars standard in our straps feature 0.8mm tips, while Seiko and Citizen divers spring bars use 1.1mm tips.

Great fit for the Seiko SSK001 GMT

The springs bars that came with my SSK001 were so weak that the bracelet would occasionally fall off the case. These bars were an easy fix to the problem and there's no play like you'd get if the bars were too skinny.

Hi Joshua, thank you for your review! I believe that SSK001 is not intended to use the fat tip springbars, so I would carefully confirm that the tips are securely inserted in the holes all the way.

Hi. can I request the fat tip spring bar to be replaced for me in the strap for me before shipping ?

Hi, I'm sorry, we don't offer that service at this time. To remove the QR springbars from the strap, you can stretch the rubber (if it is a rubber strap), or you can use needle-nose pliers to break the tabs out of the springbar and slide them out. Then the thin/fat springbars can be slid easily.
