I recently picked up a deployant strap, a spring bar tool, and rolled the dice on a "mystery strap" from StrapHabit.
The build quality on the deployant strap is fantastic—solid construction, comfortable fit, and the spring bar tool is well-machined and easy to use. I was especially impressed with the mystery strap; rather than throwing in some random neon monstrosity that wouldn't sell, it was a genuinely great piece that complemented the main strap I ordered.
What really sets StrapHabit apart, though, is the customer service. I paid for expedited shipping, but a carrier-side issue completely outside of their control left the package stuck in transit for several days. When I reached out to request a refund for the expedited shipping fee, it was processed within 24 hours—along with a personal apology email from the founder. To top it off, the package arrived with a thoughtful handwritten note inside.

I was surprised by the mystery strap that I have gotten. I thought I'll be getting same product since it was mystery. But I got FKM Rubber strap which is AWESOME! It's so buttery soft and I loved it! Put it on my Rolex Yacht-Master right away and it's GORGEOUS!
Second mystery strap I've ordered, second time I've been pleasantly surprised with what I got! First time was a red fkm, this time was a tan sailcloth. If you place an order for a mystery strap, don't complain about what you get. It is a surprise strap. If you're afraid of what it may be, don't order lol.

My mystery strap was a 20mm DiveCore rubber strap. Been looking to buy one recently and was excited to get stuck a high quality strap as the low cost mystery.
I scored a gold color beads of rice bracelet in 20mm which looks amazing. I don’t have a watch with gold color yet so I guess I will have to expand the collection to use it oh no! Haha

I'm sorry that it was not what was expected. If there is a quality issue with the strap, please email back and we'll resolve it. If you just didn't prefer the type of strap that was received, I would recommend not choosing a mystery strap in the future.
Great hook and loop strap! I ordered a mystery strap and received a black hook and loop. It is super comfortable and easy to get a great fit using the different length straps. I use it on a quartz chronograph and it is a perfect match. It may never come off of it!
The fkm material is really thin which is great. But the clasp is uncomfortable and the strap underneath slides out all the time.
