Thin Spring Bars for Seiko and Citizen Fat Lug Holes

Spring bars with 1.1mm tips that are 1.8mm thick in the center, allowing fat tip spring bars to be installed in standard straps.
Includes 2 spring bars.
While all of our straps fit safely and securely on Seiko and Citizen watches with fat lug holes such as Prospex and Promaster models, some customers don't prefer the slight wiggle that is present when installing them on Seiko and Citizen Prospex and Promaster divers. The quick-release spring bars standard in our straps feature 0.8mm tips, while Seiko and Citizen divers spring bars use 1.1mm tips.
Most fat spring bars can't be installed in standard straps, as they are too thick to fit.
This is why we've developed a new spring bar! It has 1.1mm tips but is 1.8mm at the center. This allows it to be installed in StrapHabit straps and Stainless Steel bracelets, as well as any of your other favorite straps.
These will work with any of our straps, but some of them will require breaking the tip off the QR spring bar.
We recommend using with the following rubber straps as they are the easiest to install:

Spring Bar Removal Tool for Watch Strap Changing

Spring bar removal tool for changing watch straps and bands.
Most StrapHabit straps have quick-release spring bars, but a tool is typically required to remove your original watch strap or bracelet and a few of our styles that use standard spring bars.
Dual-tip design with a fork end and a pin end. The fork removes standard spring bars from between the lugs. The pin can also be used to change microadjust holes on a bracelet clasp and remove spring bars from watches with drilled lugs.
Built-in ruler in centimeters and millimeters for measuring lug width or strap size. StrapHabit branding is laser etched into the tool.

Curved Spring Bars
£7.00
Curved spring bars with 0.8mm tips that are 1.5mm thick in the center. These provide more clearance to the case on watches with tight lug spacing.
Standard spring bars sit straight across between the lugs, which can make strap changes difficult on watches where the lug openings sit close to the case. Curved spring bars arch away from the case, creating the extra room needed to slide a strap in and out without scratching or forcing it. These are a common need on watches with short lugs or factory-curved spring bars, such as Ming and similar models where the lugs curve inward toward the case back.
Each set includes 2 spring bars. Available in 20mm, 22mm, and 24mm.
We recommend pairing these with StrapHabit straps that have thinner edges for maximum clearance, including Ridge, Smooth, Vented, Slim Ridge, and Deployant Rubber straps. They also work well with single-pass styles like Elastic, Seatbelt, and FKM Rubber Pass Through straps.

Change the strap on your Blancpain x Swatch Scuba Fifty Fathoms with this StrapHabit hex screwdriver kit. Removes the strap bars on the Antarctic, Arctic, Indian, Atlantic, Pacific, and Ocean of Storms.
Why you need it. Swatch installs the NATO straps on the Blancpain x Swatch Scuba Fifty Fathoms using screws rather than spring bars. Pass-through straps like our Elastic Straps or Adjustable Straps are easy and quick to swap in without any tools.
For two-piece straps, two special hex drivers are required to remove the screw bars. StrapHabit has your back with a set of two gold anodized screwdrivers built exactly for this.
What's included. A set of two gold anodized hex screwdrivers, CNC machined with spinning caps on the end to make them easy to hold and spin with one in each hand.
Once the screw bars are removed, a two-piece strap can be installed. The lug width is 21.7mm so most 22mm rubber straps will fit.
If your strap includes built-in quick-release spring bars (as StrapHabit straps do), the spring bars must first be removed. This is easy on our rubber straps by carefully stretching the rubber. On other straps, it requires cutting the spring bar and is more difficult.
Pair with any StrapHabit two-piece rubber strap for the easiest swap.
