Distressed Canvas and Leather Quick Release Watch Straps

StrapHabit Distressed Canvas and Leather Quick Release Watch Straps feature a canvas top surface that is hand distressed by a brushing process to give the appearance of a well-worn vintage strap.
The inner lining is made from full-grain leather. This is the strongest and least processed part of the hide and makes these straps very durable. It is also soft and comfortable against the skin.
The distressed canvas is wrapped around another layer of leather, and then hand stitched to the full-grain leather inner using off-white thread. Due to this process, there might be some very slight irregularity to the stitching, which adds character to the strap.
Seven holes are then punched in the strap, giving sizing options for a variety of wrists.
Please note that the canvas is fairly thick around the spring bars, and the strap width can vary slightly due to the nature of the material. It might require a bit of squeezing to fit in between the lugs and engage the spring bars depending on the shape of your watch.

Our StrapHabit elastic watch straps are the most comfortable watch straps available, and now we have them available with fun luminous stripes! The elastic design securely holds the watch to your wrist but allows them to expand and contract as your wrist changes size with temperature throughout the day.
The material is elastic marine nationale parachute style, but the straps have a traditional military style dual pass design. It has 3 keepers. We find this design more comfortable, plus it allows the strap to be swapped without removing the spring bars. We also find them easier to take on and off and adjust to your wrist.

I attended my first Checkeditout event in 2021 and had a great experience. The vibe was like an art show than a traditional car show (with the cars as art). I loved the casual atmosphere, especially since Porsche events can be stuffy and pretentious.
When the organizer, Adam, reached out and asked if StrapHabit could help produce a strap for 2025, I was excited to jump on board.
We designed a strap that incorporated the colors of the CiO logo into an automotive-inspired striped design. The seatbelt material is also reminiscent of a lightweight RS door pull.
Available until they sell out, they use a traditional military dual-pass design with three keepers. This keeps the watch very secure, plus it allows the strap to be swapped without removing the spring bars.

When designer Matt Smith-Johnson (a.k.a. Teenage Grandpa) and Blake Malin of Worn and Wound told me about their campaign to support the Ride to Conquer Cancer, I was more than excited to have the opportunity to help! I'm a cyclist and have experienced cancer, plus I love making cool watch straps.
Matt and I worked together to design a strap that included all of the colors of the team kit and had a fun Worn and Wound attitude. These straps will be provided to team riders, but you can also support the team by purchasing one for yourself. $23 from the sale of each strap will go to support RTCC.

After supporting the Movember men's health charity in 2020 and 2021, StrapHabit wanted to do something different for 2022. This year we're releasing a limited run of our popular Premium Sailcloth straps in PINK to support Brodinkee and the American Cancer Society in its fight against breast cancer.
We're working with our favorite watch meme account @brodinkee to support his 2022 "Real Men Wear Pink" fundraiser. He raised over $6,000 last year, but we're hoping to eclipse that this year! Someone very close to the StrapHabit family is currently battling breast cancer.
