There clasp itself has a lot of play and rattle when closed, there also seems to be a small gap between the two connecting parts when closed. Not ideal if you want a high quality feel... The brushed finishing is nice though. Shipping time to EU takes around 16 days.
I'm sorry that the clasp didn't meet expectations. Can you please let us know what type of strap that it's being used with? International shipping is listed as 10 to 14 days. This order was placed on a Saturday, which added some time, but apologies that it took slightly longer.

Really like the idea of the buckle. Only draw back is the strap stays slide down onto the buckle. Takes a bit of practice but it works great and is much quicker for me. Have the 2 fold coming to try as well,will post a review and comparison when finished.
I have a 8.25" wrist which usually puts me on the last hole on most bands. This is really nice,great sturdy but supple material and long enough thar I have some band left. Feel a lot more secure with the longer band and works great with the spring buckle. Have the 2 fold coming also,the band stays slide down onto the spring buckle so it takes some practice.
This strap is awesome! I think I’ll be buying these from now on for any sub-$10K watch. They aren’t super thick and substantial, but they are pliable and durable. Very very stylish and comfortable. The clasp could use a little upgrade: the under strap doesn’t stay quite in place under the clasp, and the closing action of the clasp isn’t as robust as some higher end straps, but I don’t count that against it for the price point. Overall great buy for what you’re paying!

I love the strap — it feels like it was made specifically for the watch (The James Brand × Timex Automatic GMT). It fits perfectly and sits flush with no gaps.
The only thing I didn’t like — which isn’t the strap’s fault — is that the buckle came mirror-polished. I just wish there were an option to choose a different buckle finish. First, the positives: The quick release pins are always convenient and easy to use. The fact that these straps come with three options to get your size right is great. However, the negative is that these straps are very stiff, almost to the point of being unwearable. I am hoping they break in soon, but the path there is honestly uncomfortable and certainly does not make me want to wear my watch with these straps. Which is a shame seeing that these straps are $35 bucks a pop!
Hello Darrin, I am glad that you thought the straps were overall nice, but I'm sorry that they didn't fully meet expectations. These straps will break in, but to speed it up, I recommend to flex/bend the area a few times that you feel is too stiff. You won't damage the strap to fold it or bend it. It should shape to your wrist, and I hope that you find the experience improves over time. If you are still not satisfied, please reach out and we can replace it with something else.
