TQ18 Q Timex Replacement Beads of Rice Quick Release Watch Bracelets

Was never happy with the stock bracelet for the Q Timex Falcon Eye. Tried wearing it on a vintage bracelet, which was fine though the clasp kept popping loose.
Finally decided to try the two tone beads of rice bracelet for the Q Timex. World of difference. Solid bracelet. Pairs nicely with the two tone case. Fantastic clasp (even though I didn't upgrade to the on the fly adjust version).
Only downside was the tolerances trying to install between the lugs was very tight. Bit of a struggle trying to get the end link to fit. But got it in place after some work.
Other than that minor quibble, fantastic bracelet and way better than the one it originally came with.

Really think this is such a two sided review. From a quality standpoint, this is a a beautiful and well made bracelet. Everything is top notch, and for the price, the value is extreme. I own close to 30 watches, I have all the tools and I have changed out bracelets countless times, from regular to quick release spring bars. I can flat out say that I have never had a more frustrating experience in installing a bracelet, let alone a quick release bracelet, that I did with this one. it took me an hour, a loupe, extremely intense bright light, and an iron will to get this bracelet seated in my Timex Q Falcon Eye chrono, which this site lists as compatible. The videos of the removing of this bracelet on Youtube and whatnot make it look like a breeze, like all of my other quick release bracelets. Sadly this is anything but. If you have the patience, the final result is beautiful. If you don't however you will feel extremely dissapointed.

I've been a leather and rubber watch strap guy for years, could never seem to get on with bracelets for some reason, but I was looking for an alternative to the leather strap that came with my Q Chrono for the summer and decided to give this one a go.

It's so good that it's honestly completely changed my mind on bracelets, it's so comfortable and fits so so well, over the moon with it!

The bracelet is awesome and has a nice solid weight and feel to it. For the price point it cant be beat. The two places I would have liked to see improvement and understandably have to pay more for is a higher quality clasp and higher quality control as one of the links that had a little bit of a rough edge. The clasp does its job and will last but a thicker metal and more solid locking feel would be appreciated but I understand that the clasp would probably double the cost of the bracelet. Overall great product.

Since I ordered a Timex Q Chronograph with a leather strap, I wanted to have an additional strap to change out, specially a steel band. I first found on eBay a strap from China that was about $8. However, it wasn't quick release, but instead, spring bars. I wore that for about 5-6 months until I recently ordered this replacement band from StapHabit. The reason why was because I noticed that the spring bars on the eBay strap started to rust weirdly, and I never had any rusting on any of my other watches. I do clean my watches when needed, and I store them in a watch box. I also have a mini watch case for traveling. Once I changed out the old steel eBay band for the new StapHabit one, I was instantly amazed on the quality. It has good weight (the eBay one was extremely light and thin), and it looks really good. The old eBay replacement band was like a type of band for those steel mesh watches where it clips and locks on to secure the fit. Overall, I'm glad I replaced the eBay band for the StrapHabit one, because it's sure to last, and is sure a great strap every time I look at it. One more thing to add is that the customer service is amazing with this brand!

I've been hooked by Timex Q (and M79), but their bracelet straps seemed too thin for me. Strap Habit has created something in their "Beads of Rice" bracelet that elevates the watch and completes the design. It has a great heft and solid construction that makes it well worth the price. I tried a half-dozen different alternatives from other vendors, but kept coming back here. If you're looking for a solid bracelet for your Timex, you've come to the right place.

The original bracelet that comes with the M79 Automatic looks slick, but seems like it was specifically designed to yank out arm hair. Plus I didn't care for the latch.
This fixes both of those problems! Very comfortable, my arm hair is safe, and I can finally ditch the ugly leather band I had before.

Looks absolutely stunning with my green FE

The bracelet that came with my Timex Q pulled at every hair on my wrist. Replacements are hard to find, because it's a 20mm strap with 18mm end links. I searched for BoR or Jubilee-style bracelets, but I'd have to either file down a 20mm end link or order two bracelets to get the proper look/fit. The Straphabit bracelets are PERFECT for the Timex Q. The build quality is great for this price, and it even comes with quick-release spring bars, which is SO NICE. I'm very happy with my purchase, and will look to Straphabit for any future strap needs for this great watch. Thanks!

Lovely BOR steel bracelet for Timex Q GMT. Product exactly as described and there was an additional import charge to Saudi. UPS courier didn't track very well online and they handed over the delivery to local Saudi Post who then asked for an additional charge for door to door delivery. Easier for me to just go to mail centre for pick up, rather than "faff.”

As it happens with Straphabit, this bracelet is very well made and at the same time, as it is actually a 7-link bracelet, it is extremely comfortable on the wrist. The best thing on this bracelet is of course the fact that it fits any watch with 18mm flat end links and due to the fact that outter links are 20mm, make the tapering from watch case to bracelet completely smooth. I paired this bracelet with my Lorier Safari and it works extremelly well!

This significantly reduces the hairs pulled on the stock strap. Way more comfy, and looks amazing.

Worth every penny and then some! The strap is made for the Timex diver and really sets the watch off. The original metal strap was kinda meh, and really pulls your arm hair. THIS bracelet is smooth as glass and, no kidding, exudes quality, feels much more expensive, and looks the part too, especially with the brushed outer sections — looks fantastic!! Much better than the vast majority of replacement bracelets out there. BTW, I never write reviews, but I figure I owe one here because I haven't swapped out my other watches since I put this bracelet on.
