All orders ship with tracking within one business day.
For Orders in the US:
Orders under $60 ship via USPS Ground Advantage for $3.99
Orders $60 and over ship FREE via USPS Ground Advantage.
Orders $150 and over receive FREE USPS Priority Shipping.
For Orders outside the US:
International shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout. We can ship to most countries for about $10.
A note about domestic (U.S.) shipment tracking:
Occasionally, USPS will skip a scan, and there won't be an update for a few days, or they will make a mistake. Something strange will show up on the tracking information. Rest assured that StrapHabit will take care of it, but please be patient if there is a slight delay. We only have access to the same tracking information that you do.
A note about international shipments:
If your order has still not arrived after 6 weeks or more, please get in touch with sales@straphabit.com, and we will help resolve it for you.
All international orders are subject to import duty and tax by the destination country. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes. If you are unsure of the import taxes in your country, we recommend you contact your import authority.
If you received an APC tracking number:
Your order has already been fulfilled, but it is being shipped to a distribution center before it proceeds to your country. There won't be any updates to the tracking until it reaches the distribution center in a few business days. This is normal.
If you received a USPS tracking number:
We have occasionally been experiencing long delays for international shipments. Most shipments arrive within 1-2 weeks, but some can take up to 6 weeks.
There could also be a long delay without an update to the tracking while it passes through customs in your country. Occasionally, these delays can take multiple weeks. Please don't worry if this happens, but please account for this delay when ordering.
