Standard buckles are the same as the ones that come with our original Sailcloth Quick Release straps.
Standard 2 buckles are the same ones that come with our Waffle, Slim Ridge, Horween, and Epsom Style Leather Straps.
Dive buckles are the same as the ones that come with most of our Rubber Quick Release straps. These are available with and without StrapHabit engraving. These fit Ridge, Smooth, Vented, Locking Keeper, and TQ18 straps.
Premium buckles are the same as the ones that come with our Premium Sailcloth Quick Release straps. They include StrapHabit engraving.
Pro Diver buckles are the same as the ones that come with our Pro Diver straps. They include StrapHabit engraving.
Tropical buckles are the same as the ones that come with our Tropical Quick Release straps. They include StrapHabit engraving.

Quality and durabiity of the item great. Reading the promotion of the watchband metal loop led me to believe a 20mm width would handle 21mm band, not true! I needed a wider loop. However, I was able to adapt & overcome.
Thank you for the feedback. The notes refer to specific StrapHabit models of straps that the buckles will fit. For other straps, it depends on how much the strap tapers, and the size must match the strap's width at the buckle. We can return/exchange if needed.

If I pick the correct size, are the buckle varieties interchangeable? I want a sail cloth 22mm strap but with a gold buckle. The premium is out of stock, could I use a tropical or dive variety?
Hi, for the 22mm sailcloth, you could use a 20mm gold Tropical or Standard 2 buckle.
