The underside of the strap features a waffle pattern, and a number of holes allow for venting of the wrist.

StrapHabit spring-loaded deployant buckles are the perfect upgrade to your StrapHabit or other straps.
Strong leaf springs keep the buckle secure while it's on your wrist, but make it easy to open and close without fiddling with buttons that can be difficult to close, or pop open by accident.
This design also makes the deployant thinner and more comfortable than typical deployants.
It also reduces wear and tear on the holes of your factory strap.
A StrapHabit logo is laser-engraved on the buckle.
Requires two small screwdrivers to install. Our mini screwdriver kit works perfectly.

Elastic Watch Straps

Our StrapHabit elastic watch straps are the most comfortable on the market! The elastic design securely holds the watch to your wrist but allows it to expand and contract as your wrist changes size with temperature throughout the day.
The material is elastic marine nationale parachute style, but the straps have a traditional military style dual pass design. It has 3 keepers, one of which is floating. We find this design more comfortable, plus it allows the strap to be swapped without removing the spring bars. We also find them easier to take on and off and adjust to your wrist.

Military-Style Nylon Pass-Through Watch Strap
The Blade HQ x StrapHabit Dessert Warrior Watch strap is constructed from durable nylon in a military-style dual-pass-through design. The official Dessert Warrior pattern is printed on the nylon. You'll find the Blade HQ logo laser-engraved on the buckle, and StrapHabit on one of the keepers. All of the hardware is PVD-coated in blue or pink, inspired by the blue and pink blades on the knives.
So what are these things?
Recently, photos of knives with a rainbow-sprinkle pattern and colored blades have been popping up on my social media feeds. The frosting pattern printed on a utilitarian tool was such a fun juxtaposition that I wanted to know more! The idea originated at popular knife seller Blade HQ, which sold a knife called the "Desert Warrior." People loved them, but autocorrect took over, and Blade HQ started receiving inquiries for the Dessert Warrior. The brand loves to have fun and decided to run with the funny error. It turned out to be even more popular than the original knives, with the knives often selling out upon release.
As far as StrapHabit's involvement, it pays to have friends, as it was a collaborative effort across several channels. Random Rob first suggested the idea, which I thought was super fun! Rather than create a sprinkle pattern strap, I wanted to collaborate with the originators. I reached out to a long-time friend of StrapHabit, Levon of the Knife Nuts Podcast. He helped bridge the connection with Blade HQ, and the rest was history!

Many modern watches have tight tolerances, and removing or installing bracelets is challenging with standard springbar tools. This tool makes it easy to compress both sides of the springbar simultaneously, allowing the bracelet to slide out more easily. The tool is also spring-loaded to make lining it up easier.
To reinstall, compress the springbars using the flat ends of the tool, and slide the bracelet back into the case.

I've been a listener of TGN for years, and have always been a huge fan of the hosts, James Stacey and Jason Heaton. James is also well-known as Hodinkee's editor-in-chief, while Jason is an accomplished author and Hodinkee editor. I recently joined their Slack channel after users were discussing the Standard H straps and found it to be an amazing community. When I started hearing of demand for a TGN edition strap, I jumped at the chance to support it.
I worked with the TGN team to develop this strap using TGN's popular Dazzle Camo pattern. Also known as "razzle dazzle," this pattern originated as a form of WWI ship camouflage. Unlike other forms of camouflage, the intention of dazzle is not to conceal but to make it difficult to estimate a target's range, speed, and heading. I can't verify if it's effective, but it sure looks cool on a watch strap!
